 This command brings up a user menu, if you've defined one.
 User menus have a list of user-defined commands.  You can
 choose commands by double-clicking with the mouse, moving the
 cursor to a command and pressing Enter, or pressing the hot
 key to the left of the command:

 You create and modify user menus using the Menu file edit
 command in the Commands menu.
